One of our most popular education solutions is a complete tailor made onsite support service to schools. An engineer will visit your school once a week or once a fortnight to take care of all your ICT needs, from changing printer cartridges to installing new computers and peripherals. We will work directly with teaching staff to resolve any ICT issues that they have with their PCs, Laptops, Interactive Whiteboards, etc. While onsite, we work for you so you are the boss! All our support customers will also receive free unlimited telephone support and onsite consultancy if required for advice on new or existing systems.

All equipment supplied and installed by InfraTek Ltd carries a 1 year manufactures warranty. All PC systems supplied or installed by InfraTek Ltd come with our standard 1 year onsite warranty. Maintenance contracts are available from the first anniversary of the commissioning of the system and are tailored to meet the individual requirements of our customers.
